90's Black Crepe Silk Chiffon Cocktail Fringe Has two loops to addBlack crepe formal dress. Faux wrap bodice with long sleeves, wide waist with side zipper. Skirt is an acetate lining with a silk chiffon overlay. Front holds a large black silk rose. Condition is excellent with only a small rip in the underskirt which I have photographed closely.
