Straps covered in the same lace curve over the shoulder and down the back

We believe this dress is from fall 1981 or 1982 but have yet to confirm

The neckline is cut wide for a touch of collar bone to show and both the back and front are scooped

The back is a panel of elastic gathers allowing for maximum comfort and a perfect fit
