All of our gorgeous Tutus are created with a soft cotton underlayer for comfort. This is especially important for babies 0 3 years old. The tulle we use is ultrasoft illusion tulle once again keeping comfort as our main priority. Our tutus also feature an extra stretchy chest band to make sure your child has room to grow.
