This beautiful jacket was made in a delicate black silk velvet in the 1930s

Waist: 38” but the belt will go to a maximum of 32” (ideally smaller)

the jacket is lined with red crepe and has a maker’s label for Van Houten

Original Vintage Late 1930s 30s Early 1940s 40s White Crepe Summer Dress brown This gorgeous blazer was madeThis fabulous dress was made from a white crepe in the late 1930s early 1940s. It features gorgeous gathered and padded shoulders and three quarter length sleeves. The bust is cut with wonderful shape giving panel work and gathering at the top of the bust. The sharp notched lapel collar leads to a single row of functional buttons that run to the waist seam. The waist boasts decorative shirring at either side, which gives beautiful volume to the skirt.
