This was a dress produced for the shops and it would have been made specifically for the wedding collection that year

On the blue side I see some light water marks on each sleeve that really don't detract and there is sun fading across one sleeve and the shoulders

The jersey then balloons out when you walk creating an endless arrays of shapes

The dress is strapless with a fitted and boned bodice that is finished with a small ruffled that runs around its upper edge
