Description - I'm guessing this was originally with a matching dress but I think it would work great on it's own as a cropped blouse with shorts or jeans

I don't see any holes

There is a slight pucker at the bottom of the yoke

This company was known for their water resistant coats and these seemed to be marketed as raincoats

It buttons up the front and has a cord in the waist to cinch it in. I love the little daisies around the neck and peplum. Details Brand No labels present but I think it's made by Lim's Size Small Shoulders 13" Chest 16. 5" it does have stretch but I wouldn't push it too far because it separates at the buttons Waist 13" across but can be gathered in to your desired size Length 18" total
