Victorian Black Silk Floral Bonnet with Ribbon Ties 80s yellow sweater with no flaws that IThis style perches atop the head, so it's basically one size fits all. Hat is horseshoe shaped and measures 7. 5 side to side and 6 front to back. Height of crown is about 3". Ties are each 21 long. Fabric is silk ribbon over a horsehair base with wire underneath to shape it. No label. Very good condition with no damage to body of hat, ribbon ties are somewhat frayed. True colors are black with tiny yellow centers in the flowers.**A note on
