Cording has been hand swirled into circles and applied down the side and above the skirt detailing The lower skirting is astonishing and I took a photo flat so you can see how extensive and just how much of it there is

this is exceptional on several levels

The bodice is the same fabric that is shaped and boned into a sweetheart
