It was fashioned as a flatter platter hat to sit jauntily inside the wearers head, secured with wired supports on each side. It has been adorned with beautiful iridescent feathers all over and covered with veiling. Inside, the hat is lined in cream rayon. As the hat perches loosely on the wearers head, it is suitable for a variety of head sizes. The hat is in good condition, however there are
