For 25 years, they have been cultivating biodynamic grapes in various parts of Rioja, spread across 22 small plots. They have chosen to ferment all these plots separately to introduce a kind of Burgundy system something that proves to be quite challenging in practice. Description: Aged for 12 months in French oak (50% new), a serious wine with body, rich and elegant, soft red fruit, velvety,
