Cultivated around 1848. The variety is also known by the synonyms Mller Venus, Venusble, Alsic Citron Bean, Miller Venus and Vejl. The fruit becomes slightly straw yellow, can take on a light pink color on the sunny side. The pulp is juicy, white, and firm. The taste is good with a spicy and at the same time fresh sweetish wine taste, with hints of Pigeon apples. Venus is a wonderful
