Have you completed Adventure Prep but still have several weeks left before your trekking trip, expedition or alpine adventure? Adventure Prep Extension Weeks is designed for participants who have already completed the 10 week Adventure Prep programme and want to continue building on the strength, endurance and mountain readiness they have developed. The goal is to help you maintain
