lots of standard audio transitors NE545b ics 6 of those plus loads of other parts that are very useful

This the 6 button switch panel thats sits under the front panel to select rewind play etc

pots look fine sliders bit grubby

This was from the Model B16 but may have been used on later models

TASCAM 38 capstan shaft please read Postion sensor from Teac usedCapstan shaft from a TASCAM 38 recorder, this seems to be a pretty standard shaft that Tascam and TEAC have used for some time now for sure it fits the bearings i have for an A3440 etc, nice and roughed up again as sometimes they get glassed or caked up.(see below) Its an easy change to make if you want swap out your old for a new, open the back of the unit get to the thrust plate, take that off and then using an Allen key undo the two metric grub
