Interesting Ambrotype 2 Drinking Men Gold Miner or Civil War Sailor? 1860s Beer whip but they were both partOriginal 1 6 plate ambrotype of two men in front of a painted backdrop. Both men are holding a glasses of liquor with the bottle visible between them. Some tinting, including the men's shirts, alcohol, cheeks, and the plants on the pillar in the background. This is a clear glass ambrotype behind mat and cover glass, with a black plate behind. It's in half of a case with separated covers. Condition is very good with no damage noted. Listing pics
