Ancient Afghan Seal Pendant stone rondelles Molded hematite colored glass nailThis is an ancient Scythian Seal depicting a dog (?) and a star. Believed to be from the Scythian Tribe (Sasanian Empire) of ancient Persia, 19th Century BC, this seal was found in Afghanistan. Worn as a pendant, this agate seal has a 5mm hole, a slight chip with lovely worn carving. One in my collection of 30 seals, many stones, including carnelian, agate, iron ore, and jasper. All unique and highly collectible! The gold imprinted relief is silly
