1840S DAGUERREOTYPE PHOTO PRETTY WOMAN, TINTED, PAINTED BACKDROP, SEALED ANTIQUE Black phillip otherwise appears undamaged and in1 4 daguerreotype of a pretty woman, seated next to a small table with a tinted blue tablecloth, and in front of a painted column and lake scene backdrop. She is not identified, but based on other photos out of the same estate, I believe she was a member of the Rathbun family of Illinois, and very possibly Sarah Rathbun (1821 1907), the wife of Philander. Dag is still sealed and is in excellent condition with tarnish ring. It's in half of its original
