The same display can be seen on the Tascam 32 34 etc so its probably a generic one as i have seen the same now in there cassette recorders
they do not write part numbers on these but I am guessing they were used in later models as well
I think the rubber is ok here but if you needed a new one you normally have to supply the old to get a new one as they generally refurb the orginal part
