Odd thing is have a B-16 that does not have a hande so seems there are at least two variants of the B-16

From a working Tascam 38 this is the head wiring harness

Tascam M-1516 effect 3 pcb 52103311 I will include the armPcb from the 1516 mixer includes all pots connectors etc, I can break these down further if you need just some single parts. These boards may have been common in other mixers in this series price for 1
