Elements of Islay Sherry Cask 54.5% Whisky Gift persimmons and vanilla that fillPart of the new core trilogy of blended malt from Elements of Islay, released in 2022, Sherry Cask has been matured in a blend of first fill and refill sherry butts. Aromas of tobacco, sandalwood, lemon oil, ginger, mint leaves and Arbroath smokie fill the nose, complemented by notes of dark chocolate, orange slices, crystallised ginger, sweet smoke, dried blackberries, smoky black tea and treacle toffee throughout the palate.
