2023 Yeringberg Babyberg 750ml Louis Roedere all sourced from the CullenThe blend is about 80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne. The Marsanne was fully destemmed and crushed, and fermented on skins (in same way that a red wine is fermented) for 9 days. Some was pressed to barrels, and some remained on skins for a further 12 days. The Roussanne was whole bunched pressed to an old barrel, and fermented in barrel. Both wines were matured in old barrels for 10 months, then blended and bottled in February 24. Our first Babyberg is a
