Matured for 8 years in bourbon casks this release was bottled at 55. 8% abv. Theres a great creaminess on the palate with tropical fruits, vanilla and panna cotta notes to enjoy. The name Kilkerran is derived from the Gaelic 'Ceann Loch Cille Chiarain which is the name of the original settlement where Saint Kieran had his religious cell and Campbeltown now stands.
