this seems to be a pretty standard shaft that Tascam and TEAC have used for some time now for sure it fits the bearings i have for an A3440 etc

These are from the E16 and may well be the same as he B16 etc but listed them on their own

Great condition Tension arm cap for the Fostex Model 80 and Model 20

it seems most of the connections are via molex connectors so its an easy board to change
