James Eadie Dailuaine 13 Year PX Ale The county of Demerara inPerhaps not the best known distillery, Dailuaine is nonetheless much sought after by whisky blenders and drinkers for it's full bodied, rich and flavourful Speyside style. This sherry finished single cask is no exception, a special whisky which offers ripe orange, fruitcake, cedar spice and a nutty, toasty oak finish. Casks: Refill Bourbon then finished in refill Oloroso Sherry butt for 31 months Nose: Honey, nutty with a light hit of spice. Taste:
