This is an 8 ply worsted weight yarn. These were kettle dyed a tonal gold then washed with rust, orange, tawny brown and dark brown, all with a little bit of hazy speckling of orange and brown. This is a PLUMP, SOFT and very SMOOSHY base! The multiple plies make the strand quite round and provide a slightly pebbly look which transfers very nicely into the finished garment. It would be
