This is fingering sock weight yarn; a fine, strong four ply base. These were kettle dyed a slightly tonal light sable, taupe y brown and speckled with a teensy bit of dark brown and red brown. Note that these hanks are slightly variegated and each is different though they share the same colours. This is a lovely, soft, sturdy, tightly twisted yarn, slightly shiny and with good stitch
