Mushrooms are Down to Earth Size:8.5" x 11" This piece features my 2003Printed on Thick Photo Matte Quality Paper Ships Within 3 Days Monochromatic still life of a mushroom. During creation I mixed blue, yellow, and red to make a lavender blackish color. This was the first serious oil painting I ever painted. Of course this piece is inspired by one of the most interesting fungi known to man. I find mushrooms to be interesting because genetically they are closer to humans more than any other plant, they breath oxygen like
