This Glencadam spent a decade maturing in a bourbon barrel before being bottled at a robust cask strength of 61. 2% abv. Aromas of lemon zest, sweet red apple and toffee are complemented by blood orange, clotted cream and vanilla pods on the palate. The finish has notes of gooseberries, nutmeg and white pepper.
