The original plastic ones are actually not made very well and a few thou out though it does not pull them too far away on the wow and flutter specs
Very easy to change this board as all connections are made by molex plugs so no soldering is required
never heard of them going wrong but listed anyway as will be a rare item now
maybe it will work in a 34 but the 38 board has less parts fitted to it
