Goldband Snapper, fondly referred to by the locals as Ang Go Li, is renowned for cooking curries and is the go to curry fish head that zi char stalls use. It has a wonderfully clean taste & satisfying meaty texture. Its meat also consists of anti inflammatory properties, which is a good match with curries.
