Distilled on the 4th of February 2011 and bottled on the 25th of July 2023 at a strength of 55

This 19 year old was matured in a pair of ex-Madeira wine puncheons before being bottled on the 5th of July 2023 at a bold cask strength of 53

Daftmill 2011 Winter 2024 Release 46% 15 Year Old Some herbal notesA collectable Daftmill Winter 2024 single malt release here. Distilled in December 2011 using their own barley this great single malt was matured for 12 years in first fill bourbon casks. Theres an elegant and refined character here with notes of baked apple, spice, caramel, vanilla and citrus zest on palate. A limited edition whisky thats one of 7500 bottles.
