Following a natural fermentation process, the wine matures in barrels for 11 months before bottling. In the glass, it hints at a golden shimmeran inviting and generous first impression. The nose offers subtle aromas of yellow apple, a touch of pepper, white chocolate, celery leaf, dried mango, and baking spices. It may sound like an exaggeration, but these fleeting notes appear like flashes
