It's set with a vivid green emerald paste gemstone surrounded by an ornately hand engraved cushion shaped border. The shoulders are decorated with further engraved detailing, delicate foliate scrolls, and it's crafted in 15 karat gold throughout. The closed back setting acts as a mirror allowing light to be reflected back through the stone
