1960s MR20 Chair by Mies van der Rohe for Knoll in Chromed Steel with Hair on Hide Vintage Eames This is an ES-108 Three-SeatThis is a vintage MR20 Armchair, originally designed by Mies van der Rohe in 1927. We believe that it was likely produced by Knoll or Thonet in the 1960s. The chair was part of the collection of Gratz Industries, who restored and reupholstered the piece with a thick belting leather hair on hide. Its sculptural frame is composed of highly polished tubular steel, and this particular example features arms. This chair measures 32 inches deep, 22 inches
