These are the simply massive VU meters that are used on the TEAC 4 track A3340S
it may well be the same on other Fostex models I have some B16 ones elsewhere listed they look mechanically the same but its a slightly lighter casting there and maybe a mm shorter so kept them apart
I am trying to source them but seems they are no longer made
these are showing signs of age
