This is the standard Capstan motor from my TEAC 144 portostudio

( I am not 100% certain of that) but as I only buy Fostes Teac and Tascam machines it has to be from one of them

Bulbs are the fuse type here though i would probably just use a standard axial

It can be refaced if your careful

These motors were used in several machines though I have seen smaller types used in the same models so a change must have occured around about the time of the A3440 series
