Nice blue-green bead with large empty pits that once held "eyes"

Each bead is 25mm long x 10mm in diameter with four bells hanging bellow (no clappers — they jangle against each other)

Strand of Rare Teal Majapahit Beads rough diamonds Bronze "shield" from EthiopiaTraded in Indonesia around 800 years ago, this is an impressive strand of 32 medium size (approx 17mm long x 18mm diameter) teal color Majapahit beads. A few of these beads are chipped and have a rather matte finish from hundreds of years of wear. A bit of Jojoba oil or shea butter will bring out the rich color. Quite rare!
