Tintype Partially hidden mother in checked dress holding baby hanging Frame cdv but only a couple ofNinth plate tintype of a child in the lap of a woman, whose face is partially cut off if this image came with a mat, which is probably what it originally had, her entire face probably would have been hidden underneath, as intended. This tintype comes in a 3" tall hanging wall frame.. this is NOT a case missing its lid.. it's a frame. The tintype has a piece of cover glass. It's in good antique condition with some surface wear.
