Facebook Messenger Chatbot for Food and Grocery Supermarket Chain

One of the biggest Ukrainian supermarkets decided to launch a Facebook Chatbot due to digital transformation. It was created to simplify customer engagement and to automate business processes. On the first day after launch, 18,000 customers added the loyalty card with the chatbot. In only a week, it increased up to 60,000 users who got the loyalty card in messenger. The main goal is to avoid the dissemination of plastic cards replacing them with virtual cards in popular messenger.
